Print Allrounder
Description✓You've got to love getting 'stuff' done in this role
✓It's an environment and company like no other
✓The owners live and breathe the business, they are amongst it every day and need additional support on the production floor
✓This is where you come in.
✓You'll know print, you love the variety, the speed and the projects
✓Here, those projects vary massively
✓If you know large format print or signage, you'll be ok though as they cover everything from construction hoarding, exhibition graphics, vinyl wrapping, vehicle livery, interior branding, building wraps the works
✓With the variety of projects, that means a variety of kit and you'll be operating each and every one of them.
✓So, we need you to not be a one-trick pony
✓If you've been part of a business where there's a 'well it's not my job' mentality, you'll struggle here
✓You'll want to want to help, cover and fill in on a variety of their Large Format printers, Signage sections and their plotters, Zunds and Kongsbergs
✓It will be expected that you do what you need to for the good of the business
✓Accountability, ownership and a good team player are all attributes that will see you fly in this business.
✓You've got to be coming into this with your eyes open, many projects, lots of printers and finishing equipment means that you are on it
✓All the time
✓Speed is key but so too is the accuracy and the quality of your work
✓As you're an experienced print operator or print finisher, this won't be a surprise to you though.
✓It's a small team you are joining
✓A small, well-connected and committed team
✓There's nowhere to hide
✓With that though, you're instrumental in the business's growth and trajectory
✓It's a great time to be joining this forward-thinking business, they reward very well for the work you are expected to do, they value the people who graft WITH them.
✓Monday - Saturday [one day off in the week if you work a Saturday] 6am - 2pm & 9am - 5pm rotation and overtime are readily available as and when you need/want it.
