Purchase Ledger Clerk

DescriptionJames Kay Associates are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a fast paced well known business in Nottingham on a permanent basis.
 
Starting Salary - £25,000 DOE

As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:

Setting up new supplier accounts
Maintaining existing accounts
Liaising with customers and handling queries
Mid and month end payment runs
Supplier reconciliations
Raise POs and code for non-stock items
Log, match and process invoices
Completing month ends checks, debit balances, GRNI and reviewing the ledgers
Match card payments to invoices
Online payment admin of receipts and payments This role is 70% communication with internal departments and a remaining 30% with externals. 
 
The successful person needs to have previous experience of working within Purchase ledger and have excellent Excel skills VLOOKUPs
