Description✓James Kay Associates are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a fast paced well known business in Nottingham on a permanent basis.

✓As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:
✓
✓Setting up new supplier accounts
✓Maintaining existing accounts
✓Liaising with customers and handling queries
✓Mid and month end payment runs
✓Supplier reconciliations
✓Raise POs and code for non-stock items
✓Log, match and process invoices
✓Completing month ends checks, debit balances, GRNI and reviewing the ledgers
✓Match card payments to invoices
✓Online payment admin of receipts and payments This role is 70% communication with internal departments and a remaining 30% with externals.

✓The successful person needs to have previous experience of working within Purchase ledger and have excellent Excel skills VLOOKUPs Show more →
