✓Do you have experience of working within a Purchase Ledger role? This position would suit a candidate with Purchase Ledger experience who is seeking their next finance opportunity
✓Our client will also consider entry level candidates [with a minimum of one year's] experience
✓This is a hybrid working role with free parking on site, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm, with a salary of up to 24k-26k depending on your level of experience
✓To be successful you must be able to adjust to the needs of this growing business, maintaining flexibility and willingness to take on multiple tasks when needed
✓Duties will include but not be limited to:
✓Assist with backlog of purchase ledger postings
✓Reconcile supplier accounts
✓Maintain delegated supplier account profiles
✓Ensure invoices, credits and refunds have been received and posted correctly
✓Enter supplier payments onto the system once processed
✓Reconcile credit card statements
✓Prepare supplier statements for BACS runs ensuring all invoices to be paid are correctly posted onto the system
✓Analyse data and report effectively on outcome
✓Report to the Financial Controller on sales & purchase orders not invoiced
✓Assist the Financial Controller with analysing and reconciling Ledgers and aged reports as required
✓Sales Ledger e.g
✓Running and maintaining customer statements Candidate requirements:
✓Must be experienced within Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable or similar role
✓AAT Level 3 or 4 qualified would be an advantage but not essential
✓Good use of MS Excel Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
✓Free on-site parking
