Description✓Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a dispatch admin role for our client based in West Brom, on a temp basis.
✓As a dispatch admin, you will need:
✓Excellent Verbal, written & Interpersonal Skills
✓Can work independently as well as collaboratively to achieve a shared goal.
✓Excellent organisation skills.
✓Takes pride in delivering a high quality of customer service.
✓Ability to meet deadlines and accomplish work in order of priority.
✓Ability to use PC & Software packages.
✓Duties of a dispatch admin:
✓Assisting organising the daily diary.
✓Taking calls and dealing with customers.
✓Customer order and invoice processing
✓Production of delivery notes and all relevant paperwork for all goods despatched each day
✓Booking couriers for collection and delivery of packages and pallets to customers
✓Use process relevant to each different courier and ensure relevant paperwork is produced
✓Ensure correct weights and dimensions are communicated and evident on paperwork
✓Using label machine to generate all labelling for orders to be despatched
✓Organisation of freight for deliveries and collection
✓Tracking shipments completion of export files to required standards
✓Dealing with road freight [import and exports]
✓Collect information and perform data entry.
✓Details of dispatch admin:
✓Monday to Friday.
✓Working 8:30am till 5pm.
✓23k per annum
