✓Are you an expert in financial reconciliations? Are you detail-oriented and skilled in reconciling bank accounts? If so, we have an exciting temporary opportunity for you!
✓Our client, a reputable organisation in Hemel, is seeking a diligent and efficient Reconciliations Clerk to join its team for a temporary position
✓In this role, you will be responsible for reconciling the a foreign bank account for the period of January 2021 to December 2022, along with approximately 100 project cash accounts
✓There may be additional accounts to reconcile if you are able to complete the initial tasks quickly.
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Perform thorough reconciliations of the Austria bank account for the specified time period.
✓* Reconcile approximately 100 project cash accounts.
✓* Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data during the reconciliation process.
✓* Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly.
✓* Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary information for reconciliations.
✓* Maintain proper documentation and records of reconciliations.
✓Requirements:
✓* Prior experience in financial reconciliations, preferably within a similar role.
✓* Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
✓* Proficient in using financial software and tools.
✓* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
✓* Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
✓* Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
