Hours: 40 hours per week 08.30-17.30 Monday-Friday

The Role:
· Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
· Conduct thorough needs analysis and actively listen to potential customers to understand their insurance requirements.
· Educate customers about different insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits to help them make informed decisions.
· Present and demonstrate insurance products to potential customers, addressing their concerns or objections and providing suitable solutions.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining regular follow-ups.
· Collaborate with the underwriting team and other stakeholders to develop customized insurance solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to effectively position our insurance products in the marketplace.
· Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, consistently meeting or surpassing set key performance indicators [KPIs].
· Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, activity records, and forecasts in a timely manner.
· Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training programs and self-learning initiatives
Requirements:
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry but not essential as full training is given.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele.
· Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling skills to close deals and drive revenue growth.
· Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and find suitable solutions.
· Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer data, track leads, and monitor sales performance.
· High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in dealing with confidential customer information.
