✓We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to support the school's commitment to providing an outstanding education to its students.
✓Responsibilities: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students within the school
✓Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
✓Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
✓Providing one-on-one and small group support to students, ensuring their progress and understanding of the curriculum.
✓Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
✓Assisting with classroom management and behavior management strategies.
✓Supporting students with special educational needs [SEN] and adapting learning materials accordingly.
✓Collaborating with the teaching team to evaluate student progress and contribute to the assessment process.Requirements:
✓Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant is essential.
✓Possession of an up-to-date DBS [Disclosure and Barring Service] check on the updated service is mandatory.
✓If you have resided outside the UK for more than 6 months in the past 5 years, a Police Check from the relevant country is necessary.
✓A genuine passion for education and supporting the learning journey of students.
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
