Senior Compliance Manager
Description✓We have a fantastic new opportunity for Senior Compliance Manager to join us on a permanent basis.
✓Within this role you will Support the Group Head of Compliance in designing and maintaining the Group’s Compliance policies, associated frameworks, relevant risk assessments and monitoring plans
✓This will be based at our London office with hybrid working available.
✓What will you be doing?
✓Leading on the Fund Management business’s transaction specific compliance activities including AML/KYC assessment and other relevant compliance risks
✓Supporting the Group Head of Compliance on the compliance oversight and management of the Group’s investment advisory business and other associated business units including bridge lending and development finance
✓Working closely with Arrow Platform compliance teams across Europe to assess local compliance risks and determine appropriate actions to close any gaps
✓Undertaking cross Group compliance monitoring work on key regulatory topics
✓Leading on relevant cross Group compliance projectsIs this you?
✓Wide-ranging experience of Compliance monitoring/advisory experience in a Fund Manager/Investment Adviser
✓Strong AML/KYC experience including complex financing structures
✓Experience of working in complex Groups that include different types of regulated businesses
✓Goof working knowledge of MIFID and associated requirements
✓You will be a hands-on person who is prepared to get involved in the detail
✓Strong team player able to work collaboratively under tight time pressures
✓Independent thinker who is able to find pragmatic solutions to problems
✓Pan European experience would be helpful but not necessarily a requirement, especially Italy or PortugalWhy Arrow Global?
