Talent Acquisition Coordinator

DescriptionWe are now hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our rapidly growing Talent Acquisition team here at Edenred PayTech!
This is an exciting, dynamic position, where you will be involved in the delivery of a Talent and Recruitment solution to support Edenred with its ambitious growth plans, moving to an internal recruitment solution, with the support of the Talent Acquisition Lead.
This role will see the right person managing and owning processes, including our onboarding strategy, internal and referral hires scheme, and admin-related tasks for recruitment

What you will be doing:
* Managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding process for new starters, remaining proactive, and helping to find process improvements
* Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with interview arrangements and other admin-related tasks, when required
* Maintain the HRIS [Workday] system, adding candidate details, creating requisitions, and working with TAT to make sure data is correct and reportable
* Work with HR and TA Lead on employee referral and internal hires process
* Liaise and update hiring managers on onboarding workflows and creating reports for TA Lead/Partner
* Prepare and distribute a fortnightly interview vacancies list
* Managing our ATR & RTH [Approval to Recruit, Request to Hire] processes, and keeping relevant trackers and stakeholders updated
* General administration tasks, on an ad hoc basis
* Ordering and managing our employee background check policy with the support of the TA team
EWhat we want from you:
* High attention to detail, organization skills, and excellent communication skills
* Be comfortable in dealing with multiple stakeholders up to board level, at one time
* Experience with HRIS systems [Preferably Workday]
* Excellent Microsoft Office Suite experience, including Teams, Word, and Excel
* Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment, but also being able to work on own initiative
* Ability to highlight and suggest improvements to policies, processes, and systems where applicable
* Previous experience working in a rapidly growing HR or Recruitment team
* Able to produce reports and collect data
* Team player
* Confident
* Well organised
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to prioritise in busy environments
