Temporary Part-Time Finance Assistant
Description✓Office Angels are currently seeking a Temporary Part - Time Finance Assistant to join their Edinburgh client
✓Starting ASAP for 3 months, with a pay rate of £12 - £12.60 per hour depending on experience
✓The successful candidate will be working 3 days per week with hours of 9AM - 5PM and the client is flexible on days worked
✓This is a remote position with the initial training period to be within the Office.
✓Strong communication and numeracy skills, along with experience using MS Excel and Outlook will be required for this role
✓Experience in Purchase Ledger is desirable but not essential.
✓Duties:
✓Organising and raising any queries and dealing with them to the end.
✓Using Purchase Ledger to process invoices.
✓Scanning, filing, and logging account documents
✓To undertake other reasonable duties as and when required buy the Manager.
✓To provide admin support for the team
