Your first three months with them will be a whirlwind of support and training
They'll provide dedicated study time for your CeMAP qualifications, ensuring you have the knowledge needed to excel.
You'll participate in regular training sessions, engaging in 1-to-1 meetings and team gatherings, where they celebrate successes and address areas for improvement
Initially, you'll work as a Case Manager or in Customer Support, reporting to their Head of Operations.
Your role will involve efficiently and proactively managing new and existing customers, maintaining close contact with lenders, conveyancers, and surveyors to provide regular updates to customers in a comprehensive and jargon-free manner
You'll also collaborate with their Mortgage Experts, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer service
And don't forget the bigger picture – you'll keep a keen eye on processes and feedback to ensure the best possible customer journey

You'll be the guardian of their customers' and our clients interests, consistently ensuring their needs are met.
Once you transition to the Mortgage Expert role, you'll be entrusted with providing exceptional advice to customers from their initial enquiry to the completion of their mortgage journey
Supported by a dedicated Case Manager and Customer Support team, you can focus on delivering the best possible experience for our customers
You'll continue to participate in regular training, meetings, and one-on-one sessions, always seeking opportunities for improvement while highlighting what's working well
You'll act as a crucial feedback loop for our Operations and Development teams as we continuously enhance our technology platform, customer journey, and service model.

In addition to an attractive starting base salary of £24,000, which increases to £30,000 once fully qualified, they offer an uncapped earning potential with an OTE of £116,000 against year one KPIs.
