✓Your first three months with them will be a whirlwind of support and training
✓They'll provide dedicated study time for your CeMAP qualifications, ensuring you have the knowledge needed to excel.
✓You'll participate in regular training sessions, engaging in 1-to-1 meetings and team gatherings, where they celebrate successes and address areas for improvement
✓Initially, you'll work as a Case Manager or in Customer Support, reporting to their Head of Operations.
✓Your role will involve efficiently and proactively managing new and existing customers, maintaining close contact with lenders, conveyancers, and surveyors to provide regular updates to customers in a comprehensive and jargon-free manner
✓You'll also collaborate with their Mortgage Experts, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer service
✓And don't forget the bigger picture – you'll keep a keen eye on processes and feedback to ensure the best possible customer journey

✓You'll be the guardian of their customers' and our clients interests, consistently ensuring their needs are met.
✓Once you transition to the Mortgage Expert role, you'll be entrusted with providing exceptional advice to customers from their initial enquiry to the completion of their mortgage journey
✓Supported by a dedicated Case Manager and Customer Support team, you can focus on delivering the best possible experience for our customers
✓You'll continue to participate in regular training, meetings, and one-on-one sessions, always seeking opportunities for improvement while highlighting what's working well
✓You'll act as a crucial feedback loop for our Operations and Development teams as we continuously enhance our technology platform, customer journey, and service model.
