Description✓We are recruiting an experienced Underwriter to join a market-leading Bridging Lender based in Liverpool

✓The role comes with an excellent salary of up to £35,000 along with an annual bonus and a fantastic benefits package.
✓As an Underwriter, you will review a volume of applications, assess customer profiles and make a decision to lend in line with criteria and funder's risk appetite
✓You will work on each case from application to completion and contribute to the growth of the business.
✓The Package for the Underwriter role:
✓Salary - £35,000 and a quarterly bonus

✓Regular social events Duties for the Underwriter:
✓Managing the entire lending process from application through to drawdown to include oversight of the underwriting and due diligence processes
✓Acting on new lending requests for bridging loans and analysing creditworthiness
✓Underwriting bridging loan against agreed lending criteria
✓Preparing detailed credit proposals for submission to the Credit CommitteeSkills for the Underwriter:
✓We would like to hear from you if you have experience working as an Bridging Underwriter, Mortgage Underwriter, Case Manager, Mortgage Processor or Similar
✓CeMAP qualified would be a huge advantage but not essential
✓Excellent people and relationship-building skills across all seniority levels
