Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm with some weekend work required
Our client, a distributor for a well known global brand, is seeking a skilled 1st Line IT Support Administrator to join their esteemed local and global IT team

By joining this dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's day-to-day operations and growth.
Responsibilities:
• Providing one-site and remote first-line support
• Installing and configuring IT equipment such 
• Installing software and managing user creation and management
• Managing local Active Directory and Azure/Microsoft 365
• Managing telephone systems and basic firewall
• Creating and managing documentation and working with external support companies
• Undertaking project work as required
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong desktop and server management skills
• Experience in Microsoft 365 management and network management
• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize issues and requests, and manage their own time and workload
• Desire to learn new skills
Additional Skills [not required]:
• Microsoft certification[s]
• Advanced Excel skills
