✓Our vibrant intellectual clients are seeking a Conference and Events Coordinator to support with internal events over their busy summer period
✓This varied and customer-led role is responsible for facilitating conferences from initiation through to delivery through careful stakeholder management and maintaining a high level of administrative and organisational skills.
✓Please note that this role is fully office- based and is a full- time fixed term contract from June to November.
✓6 Month FTC Conference and Events Coordinator Responsibilities
✓The responsibilities for this role are varied and will include:
✓- Providing end-to-end support for event delivery reporting to the Conference and Events Manager
✓- Acting as first point of contact for clients, providing up to date information, addressing queries and problem resolution
✓- Liaising with all departments and external suppliers to ensure timely and effective event delivery
✓- Meet/Greet all event founders, building key relationships and assisting throughout events process
✓- Provide relative technical and practical support for Conference set-ups

✓6 Month FTC Conference and Events Coordinator Essentials
✓The ideal candidate for this role will have worked in a similar position previously within events or conference delivery
✓You will be a confident administrator with excellent stakeholder management skills
✓Your customer service skills will extend to exceptional communications skills both written and oral on all levels
✓Knowledge of IT presentation equipment and booking systems would be highly desirable.
✓6 Month FTC Conference and Events Coordinator Location
✓Based in Central Oxford, OX1, there is onsite parking and the offices are easily accessible via public transport.
✓Normal working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
✓Exact start and finish times will vary in order to ensure that the Conference and Events Office is staffed between the hours of 8am and 6pm.Due to the nature of this role and in order to support the conferences, this role may require some weekend and evening working which will be shared fairly across the team
✓Any additional hours worked will be given equivalent time off in lieu.
