Accounts Administrator
Description✓Our Client a small well established family run business is looking for an Accounts administrator to join their busy and expanding team
✓The work involves a high level of organisation, accuracy, numeracy and being able to work to deadlines
✓Paying £13.50ph
✓20-25 hour working week Monday to Friday with the flexibility of start time but preferably a morning start.
✓The work will involve.
✓Use of Sage 50 [Experience preferred]
✓Staff Payroll.
✓Reconciliation of customer accounts and accounts payable
✓Making sure all company health and safety regulations and safe systems of work are adhered to.
✓Stock Control and coalition of orders
✓Smoothly and conscientiously working with and communicating with other departments including front office, drivers, and warehouse teams.
✓Communicating with customers about order requirements, queries, and complaints in a polite and methodical manner.
✓Sales and developing customer relationships.
✓Supporting senior managers with the day to day running of the business assisting with general administration and staff issues
✓For the right candidate, this role can develop with longer hours with built in flexibility
✓The position comes with standard benefits including free parking .
✓The site is in a rural location with poor public transport links, so your own vehicle or valid driving licence is required.
