Accounts Administrator

DescriptionOur Client a small well established family run business is looking for an Accounts administrator to join their busy and expanding team
The work involves a high level of organisation, accuracy, numeracy and being able to work to deadlines
Paying £13.50ph
20-25 hour working week Monday to Friday with the flexibility of start time but preferably a morning start.
The work will involve.
Use of Sage 50 [Experience preferred]
Staff Payroll.
Reconciliation of customer accounts and accounts payable
Making sure all company health and safety regulations and safe systems of work are adhered to.
Stock Control and coalition of orders
Smoothly and conscientiously working with and communicating with other departments including front office, drivers, and warehouse teams.
Communicating with customers about order requirements, queries, and complaints in a polite and methodical manner.
Sales and developing customer relationships.
Supporting senior managers with the day to day running of the business assisting with general administration and staff issues
For the right candidate, this role can develop with longer hours with built in flexibility
