DescriptionAdecco are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Ellesmere Port for an Admin/PA Working in the Assurance Team supporting the Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Managers on a 12 month temporary contract.
Salary - £12.82 per hour
Hours - Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
Location - Ellesmere Port
Main duties and responsibilities of role
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration
Filing
Taking phone calls
Arranging meetings
Booking out meeting rooms
Booking travel
Welcoming visitors onsite
Many other admin and clerical supportive tasks.
Must be flexible to support with any day to day responsibilities required.The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, data entry and admin skills
