✓Due to expansion our client is looking for an Administration Assistant to join a specialist department
✓
✓As an Administration Assistant you will be responsible for the following tasks:
✓
✓To meet and greet visitor and direct them to the appropriate person/meeting room
✓Telephone – answer incoming calls , transfer calls and/or relay messages accordingly
✓Ensure that the main office area is tidy and presentable
✓Receive, sort and distribute daily post/deliveries and book courier collections as required
✓Booking of hotels and travel including flights, trains etc
✓Arrange catering and refreshments as required for meetings
✓Ordering staff uniforms and equipment / stationery
✓Following up on quotations where required for sales and service
✓Provide holiday/illness cover for other departments
✓Any other administrative duties as required
✓
✓The ideal Administrator / Office Junior will have / be
✓
✓Proven administration experience
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
✓Professional attitude and appearance
✓Good written and verbal communication skills
✓Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
✓Excellent organisational skills
✓Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
