We have an exciting opportunity to join a large site based in Birmingham, which is owned by Birmingham City Council and is used by thousands of people each day and is a massive part of the community

We are currently recruiting for an PA Assistant and General Administrator who is able to carry out a dual role working closely with the operations team ensuring the site is running smoothly
We currently source a lot of our accountancy work out, however, we do have parts that have been kept in house
Responsibilities
· Invoicing, reconciliation and credit control
· Inputting data onto a spreadsheet
· Seeking ways to save costs and make financial improvements to the site and operations.
· Provide secretarial and support services to the board and any board committees, supporting the GM in managing the board functions, ensuring agendas are issued, minutes produced and distributed in a timely fashion.
· Helping develop the social media for the site, looking into ways we can increase presence and look into different ways of advertising
· General administration duties such as responding to emails, answering the phone, dealing with customers and trying to help with any issues on site they may have and escalating to the correct people
· Building a relationship with the on site customers [ tenants and other stake holders ]
· Ensure all financial and administration matter not specifically dealt with by the PML, are dealt with effectively and meet the standard of governance agreed.
Requirements
· Experience working with Sage HR
· Strong skills with Microsoft packages [ Word & Spreadsheets ]
· Previous experience working within a housing organisation or similar would be desirable but not required
Package
· £22,000pa on 30 hours per week
· Discretionary Bonus: Up to a Maximum of 15% paid bi-annually in March [Max 7.5%] and September [Max 7.5%] each year following a performance review.
