Administrator - Property Services
Description✓Hyde is looking to recruit an administrator with a strong customer service focus to work within Property Services.

✓We provide and manage 50,000 homes to over 100,000 customers

✓Key Responsibilities of an Administrator
✓* Answering incoming calls from customers, ensuring that customers are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
✓* Dealing with email enquiries.
✓* Diary management and arranging appointments for surveyors.
✓* Providing administrative support to Senior Management
✓* Updating the customer database with accurate notes
✓Skills and Experience required
✓* Willingness to learn
✓* Ability to demonstrate times that you have provided a great customer service
✓* Recent graduate, looking for a career where you will be developed
✓* Team player able to multitask and assist colleagues
