Administrator - W2 -Temporary
Description✓Admin Assistant - temporary - W2
✓Monday to Friday
✓£12-£15 per hour
✓Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to be based at a busy high end residential building located in W2
✓Conveniently located near 2 tube stations this role is temporary but ongoing for the right person.
✓This is an immediate start.
✓You will be assisting the experienced and friendly building manager with raising purchase orders, handling contractor queries, answering emails and assisting with a manner of ad hoc administrative tasks
✓The role includes:
✓Provide general administrative support to the Senior Management Team
✓Raise Purchase orders
✓Maintain and update, monitor and respond to reviews posted on online review platforms
✓Data entry
✓Produce asset specific resident manuals and be responsible for updating these as necessary
✓Effectively manage all Senior Management Team diaries and maintain Microsoft Outlook.
✓To prepare and distribute as necessary and when required correspondence, agendas and minutes of meetings.
✓Record, monitor and track all Purchase Order Requests, Purchase Orders and Invoices and to ensure that they are prepared in accordance with the agreed procedures and are correctly coded.
✓To answer the telephone and process messages as required and relay same to the appropriate person.
✓To be polite and courteous to all visitors
✓To liaise with and maintain a good working relationship with other members of staff
✓To carry out any other reasonable duties as requestedYou will ideally have experience in the property sector as well as proven experience in assisting with a variety of admin tasks.
✓You will have a good telephone manner, great attention to detail and be able to multitask
