Ongoing Temporary Contract
Full Time, Monday to Friday
Location – Norwich
Salary – £11per hour [37.5hours per week]
ARC Group are recruiting for experienced administrators
The job role will involve providing a seamless service to residents and clients of properties across Norwich, processing property repair orders and scheduling resources for maintenance works and updating inhouse computer systems.
Main Duties Include, But Not Limited To;
Carry out all allocated tasks competently within determined time scales, financial budgets and free costs targets.
Arrange works for housing associations properties
Provide effective support and assistance to the Contracts Manager.
Maintain the effectiveness of the IT systems used.
Regularly check own email inbox as well as other inboxes.
Co-ordinating and liaising on all rubbish collections.
Provide administration support to other team members and staff where appropriate.
Support the Management team to promote the repairs and maintenance services to customers, contractors and suppliers, including to external clients.
Experience Required:
Previous experience in a customer focussed role
A sound knowledge of social housing properties and their defects would be an advantage.
The ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines while organising own working schedule.
A commitment to the production of high quality work.
Prepared to undertake additional training.
