Administrator
Description✓Expleo are recruiting for an Administrator on a long-term contract basis, to support our client one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers, based in Bedfordshire.
✓Responsibilities for the Administrator position will include:
✓* Support senior members of the Vehicle Test team with administration duties.
✓* Carry out management of the vehicle fleet and arranging test track permits.
✓* Communicate with automotive dealerships to arrange MOT's, vehicle servicing and parts ordering.
✓* Manage the processing of orders and invoices and support the dispatch of test parts.
✓You will have an administration background, with experience of working in a busy office environment; you will have excellent organisational skills and be proficient in Excel data management and producing graphs with a good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
✓You will hold a professional attitude, and a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
✓Ideally you will have knowledge of vehicle management processes.
✓To meet with current legislation, right to work checks will be carried out to ensure candidates are able to work within the UK
