DescriptionExpleo are recruiting for an Administrator on a long-term contract basis, to support our client one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers, based in Bedfordshire.
Responsibilities for the Administrator position will include:
* Support senior members of the Vehicle Test team with administration duties.
* Carry out management of the vehicle fleet and arranging test track permits.
* Communicate with automotive dealerships to arrange MOT's, vehicle servicing and parts ordering.
* Manage the processing of orders and invoices and support the dispatch of test parts.
You will have an administration background, with experience of working in a busy office environment; you will have excellent organisational skills and be proficient in Excel data management and producing graphs with a good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
You will hold a professional attitude, and a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
Ideally you will have knowledge of vehicle management processes.
To meet with current legislation, right to work checks will be carried out to ensure candidates are able to work within the UK
Please be aware due to location this role requires candidates to hold a full driving licence.
