✓As an integral part of the team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department
✓You will assist in delivering exceptional customer service, managing project-related information, and ensuring accurate documentation for guarantees

✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Provide excellent customer-focused service support to clients, customers, and colleagues, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
✓Support the LWS team by providing administrative assistance on LWS projects, including processing technical documentation and collating information packs for distribution.
✓Manage and administer project-related information using our CRM system [Microsoft Dynamics], ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
✓Review, proofread, and edit technical letters before issuing them to clients and customers, maintaining high standards of accuracy, spelling, and grammar.
✓Conduct inductions, training, and ongoing support to colleagues, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
✓Qualifications:
✓Education to GCSE level A-C or equivalent [essential].
✓Administration or business-related qualification [desirable].
✓Experience:
✓Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.
✓Work experience in an administrative capacity.
✓Proficiency in writing reports.
✓Conflict resolution skills.
✓Demonstrated ability to work semi-autonomously, showing self-organization, motivation, and the ability to maintain strong colleague relationships.
✓Experience working to deadlines and achieving KPI targets.
✓Skills and Abilities:
