We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrator to join our Technical Department
As an integral part of the team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department
You will assist in delivering exceptional customer service, managing project-related information, and ensuring accurate documentation for guarantees

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer-focused service support to clients, customers, and colleagues, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Support the LWS team by providing administrative assistance on LWS projects, including processing technical documentation and collating information packs for distribution.
Manage and administer project-related information using our CRM system [Microsoft Dynamics], ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Review, proofread, and edit technical letters before issuing them to clients and customers, maintaining high standards of accuracy, spelling, and grammar.
Conduct inductions, training, and ongoing support to colleagues, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Education to GCSE level A-C or equivalent [essential].
Administration or business-related qualification [desirable].
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.
Work experience in an administrative capacity.
Proficiency in writing reports.
Conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to work semi-autonomously, showing self-organization, motivation, and the ability to maintain strong colleague relationships.
Experience working to deadlines and achieving KPI targets.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills with a calm and customer-focused approach.
Ability to absorb, interpret, and communicate information effectively to meet customer needs.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and activities.
