✓I am looking for an experienced Administrator for my client within the Health Care industry.
✓They are looking for someone experienced with all aspects of administration - Front Office & Reception, also within that role covers the Help desk, so you will need to have a confident manner on the phone.
✓As the administrator / helpdesk operator you will be the first Face & Sound of Clientele visiting the premises, so someone with good customer service skills, and a welcoming attitude is a must have for this business.
✓Ideal Person...
✓* Previous experience as an administrator
✓* Help Desk / Reception experience
✓* CAFM System experience
✓* Smart and presentable with an out standing telephone manner
✓* Excellent customer services for visiting guests
✓* Organised & pro active to planning your day
✓* Ability to react to a customers requirements
