Description✓JOB TITLE: Administrator
✓LOCATION: Milton Keynes
✓SALARY: £22,000
✓HOURS: Monday to Friday

✓· Administrative support for the team.
✓· Drafting and proofreading letters, emails and correspondence.
✓· Dealing with administrative routines as required including scanning, printing and photocopying.
✓· Be involved in the efficient management of client/matter files to include general filing, file opening, ID checks, and terms and conditions, file closure and archiving.
✓· Make appointments, arrange meetings and maintaining manager/fee earners diary as required.
✓· Attend clients both in person and on the telephone, ensuring the confidentiality at all times.
✓· Sort and distribute registered office post as appropriate, ensuring correspondence requiring urgent attention is brought to the relevant person's attention.
✓· Manage meeting rooms, refreshments and other requirements for fee earners.
✓· Provide general administrative support for the team with business development events and activities.
✓· Drafting basic corporate documents.
✓· Maintain the database of statutory registers to high standards for company secretarial clients under supervision.
✓· 1 to 3 years legal secretarial and/or administrative experience.
✓· Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
✓· Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
✓· Ability to work on own initiative, capable of organising and prioritising workload in order to meet agreed timescales, taking responsibility for standard of work.
