✓We have a vacancy for an experienced administrator to provide administration support to our client who are currently experiencing significant growth

✓The role of administrator
✓Processing and checking documents and reports, inputting details, maintaining, and updating the database.
✓Producing purchase orders and
✓Providing general customer service and assistance over the phone and email
✓Matching purchase invoices to orders, inputting onto the system and dealing with any queries prior to passing to accounts department.
✓Reception and switchboard cover during busy periods and for holiday cover as required
✓General administration including support for the operation teamsThe candidate for the role of administrator -
✓Must have previous office experience within a commercial business environment
✓Highly organised and able to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels
✓Good administration experience and attention to detail
✓Experience of purchase invoice processing would be an advantage.
✓Good use of MS Office including Word and Excel
