We have a vacancy for an experienced administrator to provide administration support to our client who are currently experiencing significant growth

The role of administrator
Processing and checking documents and reports, inputting details, maintaining, and updating the database.
Producing purchase orders and
Providing general customer service and assistance over the phone and email
Matching purchase invoices to orders, inputting onto the system and dealing with any queries prior to passing to accounts department.
Reception and switchboard cover during busy periods and for holiday cover as required
General administration including support for the operation teamsThe candidate for the role of administrator -
Must have previous office experience within a commercial business environment
Highly organised and able to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels
Good administration experience and attention to detail
Experience of purchase invoice processing would be an advantage.
Good use of MS Office including Word and Excel
