Administrator
Description✓We're seeking a process-driven and flexible Administrator for our client, an established not-for-profit independent foster care service committed to safeguarding and protecting children, young people and vulnerable adults
✓This is a hybrid position with 4 days working from home and one day working from the hub in Newport Pagnell.
✓As Administrator, you'll provide efficient and effective administrative support service for the organisation's Foster Family Recruitment Team to enable the business to function effectively
✓You'll be required to work across various functions of the Agency, providing a prompt response to all enquiries, having excellent customer service skills and booking appointments or follow-up calls.
✓Responsibilities
✓
✓Providing general administration support to the Team
✓Data entry: Logging and responding to enquiries
✓Managing the Recruitment Officers' calendars
✓Liaise with training facilitators to organise training throughout the year
✓Taking minutes at all appropriate meetings
✓Work with the Team to organise recruitment events
✓Develop spreadsheets and work on KPI’s in respect of recruitment
✓Work closely with the Marcoms Officer to help produce written content for Social Media pages and website
✓Submit regular data, information and analysis as requested from the Service Development Manager using information/reports held on the database Skills & Experience
✓You have a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
✓Experience in accurate minute taking would be desirable.
✓This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm and may include occasional evening and weekend work
✓You'll be compensated with time off in lieu in these instances.
