✓Due to continued growth since our establishment in 2017, we have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Admin Assistant to join us based at our Maidstone head office.

✓THE ROLE
✓* General Administrative duties
✓* Checking Compliance documents & adhering to client requirements
✓* Adding worker details onto a variety of CRM systems & completing forms
✓* Checking & submitting worker timesheets
✓* Making calls to chase up documents etc.
✓* Using Microsoft Excel & Work
✓THE CANDIDATE
✓* Proficient using basic IT systems such as excel, outlook & word
✓* Good organizational & Time keeping skills
✓* Able to work on your own and be pro-active
✓* Bring a positive & professional attitude
✓* Be open to learning and evolving knowledge and skillset
✓* Exceptional communication skills demonstrating enthusiasm, clarity & conviction
