Assistant Administrator/ Buyer

DescriptionI am delighted to be partnering with a market leading organisation based in Bury St Edmunds seeking to recruit an Assistant Administrator & Buyer.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Buying support/order generation for materials across current projects.
* Project administration tasks for commercial and operational teams.
* Booking hotels and train tickets for staff and site workers.
* Sending out pre-qualification questionnaires and reviewing documents for new subcontractors in line with company policies.
* Assisting with requesting up to date documents from subcontractors.
* Credit safe checks on supply chain.
* Support with expense claims review.
* Other administrative tasks as they occur.
The successful candidate will be proficient with IT [Excel / Word / Cloud platforms] with administrative experience, excellent organisation skills and the ability to work off own initiative.
