Assistant Administrator/ Buyer
Description✓I am delighted to be partnering with a market leading organisation based in Bury St Edmunds seeking to recruit an Assistant Administrator & Buyer.
✓Key responsibilities will include:
✓* Buying support/order generation for materials across current projects.
✓* Project administration tasks for commercial and operational teams.
✓* Booking hotels and train tickets for staff and site workers.
✓* Sending out pre-qualification questionnaires and reviewing documents for new subcontractors in line with company policies.
✓* Assisting with requesting up to date documents from subcontractors.
✓* Credit safe checks on supply chain.
✓* Support with expense claims review.
✓* Other administrative tasks as they occur.
✓The successful candidate will be proficient with IT [Excel / Word / Cloud platforms] with administrative experience, excellent organisation skills and the ability to work off own initiative.
