✓The Company:
✓The purpose of the Assistant Building Manager is to support the building manager with the day-to-day management and operational activities in line with the H+S and client/tenant requirements

✓Day to Day:
✓To ensure the fabric of the building both externally and internally is maintained and serviced to a high standard in accordance with the management contract and agreed budgets
✓This includes the achievement of all key performance indicators reference those set by the client and also that of the Company.
✓Assist the Building and Technical Services Manager/Management Surveyors/ Partners in the production and on-going management of Service Charge budgets for the property.
✓To carry out regular hard and soft service inspection audits of the site and take/organise remedial action if and when required.
✓To ensure that all property information is maintained, and information held is accurate and up to date and made available to the FM Co-ordinators and helpdesk, such information to be reviewed quarterly as a minimum
✓Any changes to emergency responders are to be advised immediately..
✓To participate at regular tenant meetings in conjunction with the Building Manager and property and asset management colleagues as applicable
✓This includes ensuring that all issues are promptly dealt with in accordance with agreed service criteria
✓Requirements [Skills & Qualifications]:
✓Have the necessary skills and qualifications to assist in effective and efficient delivery of Facilities Management, Services and Projects
✓▪ IOSH Managing safely
✓▪ Ability to communicate at all levels in a professional and supportive manner
✓▪ A flexible, adaptable and a co-operative attitude
✓▪ A self-starter with a good degree of initiative and self-motivation
✓▪ Ability to work to strict deadlines
