✓Role Type: Permanent / Part Time - 20 hours a week
✓Our client has a new opportunity for a part time Customer Services Assistant to work in their busy branch in Market Harborough
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓· Deliver exception customer service
✓· Deliver competent till management service
✓· Demonstrate a full knowledge of the clients products [full product training will be provided]
✓· Ensure that correct policies, processed and procedures are followed at all times
✓· Take ownerships of your training and development and proactively drive this
✓· Commitment to the business objectives and contributing to these accordingly
✓· Provide help and support to customers and colleagues where required
✓· Ensuring the customer journey results in good customer outcomes
✓· Security of customer data
✓· General administration
✓Key skills
✓· Good customer service skills gained in a customer facing role
✓· Highs levels of accuracy and numeracy
✓· Flexible & adaptable

✓This is a 20 hours per week contract
✓Tuesday- Friday, 10:30 am - 3:30 pm
✓Saturdays are on a rota basis, 8.45 am to 12.15 pm
✓One Saturday per month is spent working in Market Harborough, while all other Saturdays are paid travel days
