Responsibilities:
As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting Site Managers, Work Delivery Managers, and Site Operatives
Your tasks will include a combination of general and qualified administrative duties
It is essential that you possess the following skills:
- Excellent PC Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and software is crucial for efficient administration
- Rail Experience: Familiarity with the rail industry will be advantageous in understanding specific requirements and processes
- Customer Service Experience: Strong customer service skills are essential for maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Team Player Attitude: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the team
- Administration Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative role will enable you to handle various tasks efficiently
