We’re currently looking for a Business Administrator to join our team in Haverfordwest on a permanent, full-time basis, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

The Role
As a Business Administrator, you will provide an efficient administration support service to multiple departments across our Haverfordwest Creamery site.
Conducting a variety of administrative duties, you will support audits, assist with the move to a new IT system, register, collate and distribute our weekly site newsletter and manage stationery stock.
You will also be the first point of contact for visitors to the Creamery, arranging all requirements while they are onsite, including PPE, lunches and meeting rooms.
About You
To be considered as a Business Administrator, you will need:
- The ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- The ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent numerical skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, would be beneficial to your application.
