✓Key Responsibilities:
✓* Maintaining spreadsheets and keeping data up to date and accurate, including the Practice Overview list, archiving, meetings, invitations and general administration.
✓* Supporting Heads of Departments with ad hoc requirements.
✓* Overseeing housekeeping and the smooth running of the office, ensuring it provides a first-class working environments for all colleagues and guests.
✓* Booking and administration of travel and accommodation and on and off-site meetings and events.
✓* Complete all duties in a positive, customer focussed and professional manner.
✓Key Requirements
✓* Good computer skills using Outlook and Microsoft packages.
✓* A good team player, with attention to detail, that follows processes in place.
✓* Previous experience within a busy office environment
✓* Administrative experience with a strong eye for detail
✓* Proactive approach to projects with great organisation skills
