Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining spreadsheets and keeping data up to date and accurate, including the Practice Overview list, archiving, meetings, invitations and general administration.
* Supporting Heads of Departments with ad hoc requirements.
* Overseeing housekeeping and the smooth running of the office, ensuring it provides a first-class working environments for all colleagues and guests.
* Booking and administration of travel and accommodation and on and off-site meetings and events.
* Complete all duties in a positive, customer focussed and professional manner.
Key Requirements
* Good computer skills using Outlook and Microsoft packages.
* A good team player, with attention to detail, that follows processes in place.
* Previous experience within a busy office environment
* Administrative experience with a strong eye for detail
* Proactive approach to projects with great organisation skills
