Client Coordinator

DescriptionElement has an opportunity for a Client Coordinator to join our team based in High Wycombe
This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector.
Responsibilities
* Support the operation of the business by processing new certification applications
* Management of existing certification clients to include creation of audit schedules [in line with accreditation requirements]
* Ensure that client files and records are maintained in an accurate and complete manner
* Monitor suspensions, expiring certification[s], annual audits and NCR completion
* Ensure that the correct information is entered onto the certification database through running regular exception reports and amend/correct where necessary
* Provide performance reports as required by the BUH/Operations Manager
* Dealing with minor commercial enquiries from stakeholders
* Support the team in the management of the credit control processes
Skills / Qualifications
* Experience of working in a target driven environment
* Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written at all levels
* Experience of working within a customer service environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and oral
* Strong team player
* Self-starter with good organisation skills
* Proactive, logical and methodical
* Confident, punctual and well organised
* Attention to detail
