Client Coordinator
Description✓Element has an opportunity for a Client Coordinator to join our team based in High Wycombe
✓This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector.
✓Responsibilities
✓* Support the operation of the business by processing new certification applications
✓* Management of existing certification clients to include creation of audit schedules [in line with accreditation requirements]
✓* Ensure that client files and records are maintained in an accurate and complete manner
✓* Monitor suspensions, expiring certification[s], annual audits and NCR completion
✓* Ensure that the correct information is entered onto the certification database through running regular exception reports and amend/correct where necessary
✓* Provide performance reports as required by the BUH/Operations Manager
✓* Dealing with minor commercial enquiries from stakeholders
✓* Support the team in the management of the credit control processes
✓Skills / Qualifications
✓* Experience of working in a target driven environment
✓* Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
✓* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written at all levels
✓* Experience of working within a customer service environment
✓* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and oral
✓* Strong team player
✓* Self-starter with good organisation skills
✓* Proactive, logical and methodical
✓* Confident, punctual and well organised
✓* Attention to detail
