✓Temporary 12-month contract to cover Maternity Cover
✓At Artex we are looking for Commercial Administrator at our Ruddington site to work in our helping to deliver strong and consistent service to our customers.
✓This role will be a part of our Commercial team
✓In your position of Commercial Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administration support to our team and customers.
✓Artex is one of 30 Saint-Gobain brand's and is a leading distributor of some of the UK's must have construction brands including Gyproc, Thistle and Weber
✓The working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm
✓What we're looking for:
✓Strong communication skills through email and phone
✓Experience in customer service or customer claims
✓Should be happy to learn new systems and processes
✓Have strong administration skills and attention to detail
✓Strong Excel skills
✓What you will be doing:
✓Processing Claims and administration
✓Processing customer support claims and ad hoc reporting
✓Checking pricing and altering our systems as required
✓Ensuring systems are updated correctly
✓The ability to work on your own or as part of a team
