Corporate Administrator / Personal Assistant
Description✓Search consultancy are currently recruiting for a Corporate Administrator/Personal Assistant to join our public sector client on a temporary contract until February 2024, with possibility to be permanent
✓Ideally you will be an experienced Personal Assistant who has experience working with senior level directors
✓You will work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, with their office being based in Clydebank
✓Ideally you must be able to drive or have a reasonable commute to the local area
✓This position will also offer hybrid flexibility, once initial training has been completed, working on site for 3 days and 2 days working from home
✓The salary for this position will range from £27598 per annum DOE
✓You will be part of a team that is very collaborative, where you will have weekly meeting to horizon plan your schedules and share any workload
✓You will be part of a team of personal assistants supporting senior level executives within the board, working to the highest professionalism
✓You will be responsible for:
✓Be solely responsible for your executive directors diary management and managing meetings/ conferences
✓Proof read/ format any required documents for the executive director
✓Minute taking within monthly board meetings, where you will get the next day to work from home to solely type the minute notes up
✓Participating in weekly team meetings, creating action logs/plans
✓Liaising with other senior level departments across the different committees and boards within the Scottish Government
✓Using excel/PowerPoint to create action plans and presentation templates for directors to input data
