Corporate Support Administrator
Description✓I am currently recruiting for my clients in Norwich looking for a Corporate Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

✓Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs a week
✓Daily Duties include:
✓Phones and IT-
✓Maintaining the telephone lists, updating them when employees start or leave
✓Liaising with onecom to ensure telephone list is accurate and up to date.
✓Keep in regular communication with our outsourced IT department to ensure all tickets raised are being completed in a timely manner.
✓Commissioning mobile phones and email addresses for new starters
✓Ensuring we receive mobile phones back and decommissioning email addresses when there are leavers
✓Ensuring all paperwork is correct and up to date.Fleet Vehicles-
✓Monitoring fleet vehicles including maintaining Car lists ensuring tax + Mot is current, Booking servicing, Checking use of Fuel Cards, Keeping mileage records and Keeping RAC current.Health & Safety-
✓Ensuring all health and safety checks are being done on a daily/monthly basis.
✓Escalate health and safety issues flagged on reports
✓Work with operations to get them fixed and maintain the Health and Safety folder within Teams.
✓Create a weekly report to Senior Management highlighting various health and safety issues across the estate and what their current status is as well as plans for fixing.Staff Support-
✓To send daily report to all supervisors advising of machine faults and issues as found on Smartfolio.
✓Employee training – work with operations and supervisors to see what training they feel is necessary for their staff
✓Arrange and organise after permission granted from Senior Management
✓Maintain the employee training log and files.
✓Dealing with holiday requestsCorporate Account Support-
✓Managing our suppliers/brokers regarding provision of utilities
✓Assist with processing of insurance claims.
✓Ordering uniforms and maintaining adequate stock, recording issues and returns.
✓QA- ISO 9001 – to maintain and keep up to date ensuring certificate is achieved every year.
✓Experience and skills required:
✓Experience of working in a very similar role would be desired
✓Good Microsoft skills including strong knowledge of Microsoft excel
✓Ability to work well within a team and on your own
