Customer Service Administrator - French Speaking

✓Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting with a key client in their search for a Customer Service Administrator who is fluent in French
✓The successful Customer Service Administrator will be the first point of contact for customers and work as a liaison between the external sales team and them
✓This requires a proactive go-getter, with great attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
✓As an Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for:
✓* Answering and processing all incoming sales calls and emails
✓* Inputting and updating prospect/customer/quote information into the CRM system
✓* Collating information regarding more complex work and liaising with the technical team in order to provide a quotation to the client
✓* Upselling and cross-selling to pre-existing existing clients
✓* Arranging call backs with clients to assist the quoting process where required
✓* Following up via call or email to all prospects and quotes following our sales pipeline
✓* Processing quotes into projects via the CRM system: including collating project information and ensuring projects are ready to book in, allocating site work to engineers, diary management, confirming bookings with clients and invoicing
✓* Managing deadlines and liaising with various departments to ensure timely project delivery and managing customer expectations
✓* Releasing technical reports when complete and requesting reviews from customers
✓* Working to Sales KPI's
✓Requirements for the Customer Service Administrator:
✓* French speaking
✓* Excellent planning and organisational skills
✓* Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written
✓* A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
