Customer Service Administrator
Description✓JR have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and fast paced team
✓Joining through a period of really positive culture change, you will be organised and efficient at responding to orders; processing and problem solving where required.
✓You will be working on various contracts in partnership with internal stakeholders and external 3rd party suppliers
✓Working strict SLAs, you will be a confident communicator both over the phone and by email, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the front of your mind at all times.
✓This role will suit someone who is looking for an administrative role with some interaction over the phone
✓Sourcing products where not available, being solutions focused and ensuring all data has been inputted in Microsoft Excel and the internal systems.
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Managing the end-to-end customer service experience within agreed SLAs and KPIs via a ticketing system.
✓* Taking ownership of operational customer issues through to full resolution.
✓* Building strong working relationships with customers and internal / external stakeholders.
✓* Processing orders.
✓* Sourcing products where not currently in stock.
✓* Manipulating data within Microsoft Excel to assist with reporting.
✓* Liaising with internal departments.
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Strong administration and order processing experience.
✓* Ability to use initative, proactively problem solving and communicating with customers to keep them updated.
✓* Self motivated and postive approach to work.
✓* Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines a must along with a high degree of proficiency using Microsoft packages, in particular Word and Excel.
✓The working hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating 3 shift pattern: 08.00- 16.30, 09.00- 17.30, and 10.00- 18.30.
✓Due to the nature of your work, you will be required to pass SCC UK MoD clearance to perform this role.
