✓Role: Customer Service Advisor
✓Location: East Midlands Airport [DE74 2TR]
✓Rate of Pay: £13.29 per hour
✓Start Date: May 2023
✓Duration: Ongoing
✓Full Time Hours:
✓Full time role - Operational hours between 07:30-20:15
✓Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
✓Saturday 08:00-14:15 [minimum requirement 1 in 4]
✓Role of a Customer Service Advisor:
✓Being the first point of contact for our external customers and delivering the highest possible levels of Customer satisfaction
✓Using the telephone, email, social media and internal systems
✓Handle shipping requests
✓Responding to customer enquiries and providing information on transiting goods
