✓As a Customer Service Executive, your primary mission will be to assist the team in achieving and maintaining service level agreements for customer service, quality, and activity
✓Your proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail will be instrumental in providing seamless administration support.
✓You will process member and intermediary requests on administration platforms, ensuring that new business is handled efficiently, and outstanding requirements are promptly addressed
✓You will be providing excellent customer service, handling queries from members and intermediaries via telephone and email, ensuring they receive prompt and helpful assistance
✓You will handle daily post, manage mailboxes, bulk print documents, update member details, and manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
✓You'll be responsible for processing BACs reports daily, as well as direct debit and direct credit submission files.
✓Salary: £23,000
