Customer Services Administrator
Description✓The Role
✓Major recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Services Administrator based in Nottingham [NG2 area], to work on a busy service desk on behalf of our clients.
✓The overall purpose of the role will be working with the team to assist with the administration of the planning and scheduling department along with call outs of engineers
✓Duties include: -
✓Taking incoming phone calls for the Service enquiries
✓Entering purchase orders onto the system
✓Speaking with engineers to manage workloads.
✓Booking travel for engineers such as hotels, trains, ferries etc.
✓Monitoring business inboxes to ensure same day responses are met
✓Ensuring all calls and information is logged onto the system
✓Keeping information up to date for daily and weekly reports
✓Monitoring KPI's with the team to ensure customer needs are being met within SLA's
✓Calling clients to book in services, managing times and geographical locationsThis role is a permanent position with an agency probationary period of approx
✓3-5 months
✓After this, you will be a full-time permanent member of staff.
✓This role requires an immediate start
✓The Hours
✓8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
✓Your Profile
✓In order to be considered for this position, you must consider yourself as a bright, bubbly enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude to work
✓You must have a minimum of 3 years recent customer service administration experience
✓If you have scheduling or planning experience, this would be a huge advantage.
✓The Salary
✓£10.42 per hour + Holiday Pay [annual of £21,673.60 + holiday pay]
✓Rising to £22,000+ once permanent [depending on performance and experience]
