✓About the role:
✓The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Damp and Mould Surveyor
✓The Damp and Mould Coordinator will maintain effective communication with residents, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the provision of a top-notch service.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓* Assist the Damp and Mould Surveyor and Resident Liaison Officer with management of complex D&M cases whilst updating records to ensure that the organisation has up to date and comprehensive information.
✓* Work with and maintain the integrity of suitable operational and data management systems for case management.
✓* Ensure all databases are populated as required and any missing data is highlighted and requested.
✓* Regularly meet with the Damp and Mould Surveyor and RLO to ensure that root cause information and severity levels are monitored and updated accordingly.
✓* Obtain all relevant information and/or documentation relating to D&M cases from internal departments/external contractors, escalating issues when necessary.
✓* Provide support to the Senior Surveyor in collating information and reports on D&M case numbers and statuses.
✓* Identify exceptions and issues relating to the damp and mould process and work to identify and implement action solutions, or escalate as required Show more →
