Document Controller
Description✓Document Controller- site based - West London
✓Leading M&E main contractor is currently recruiting for a strong Document Controller to join their friendly and supportive site team in West London.
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Updating and management of digital signage
✓* Preparing tender submissions for projects
✓* General document control, folder set up and annual updating of site documents and procedures
✓* Assist sites with setting up and implementing doc control platforms [e.g Aconex, Fusion, 4Projects, etc.]
✓* Assist with compiling Power Point presentations for safety and QA
✓* Attend Safety, Commercial and QA meetings
✓* Liaison with various departments effectively and sharing information / documents when required
✓* Weekly time sheets for specific sites, monitoring and reporting time off and general time keeping
✓* Assist with procurement on projects, liaising with suppliers and training providers
✓* Compiling handover documentation
✓Essential:
✓* Experience with Aconex and Asite softwares essential
✓* Strong IT comprehension and ability to use MS Office Suite
✓* Excellent communicator and team player
