You will be working closely with the board of Directors on a range of exciting developments in and around North Wales.
✓In the Estimator / Quantity Surveyor job you will be:
✓Assisting with the overall business development and driving business, identifying, and pursuing work opportunities to obtain tender documents
✓Maintaining sub-contract and material supplier’s database and assessing tender documents and quotations, and preparing and issuing enquiries
✓Pricing and negotiating of projects and completing and submitting tender documents
✓Post contract support and liaising with clients, design teams, to ensure accurate project planning and cost control
✓To be considered for this Estimator / Quantity Surveyor job you will have:
✓Experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor preferably within the construction industry
✓Working knowledge of standard forms of measurement
✓Excellent IT, analytical and mathematical skills
✓Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓A valid driving licence and be willing to travel to various sites
✓This is a permanent full-time position working a minimum of 40 hours per week which flexibility would be required due to the nature of the role
✓Again, due to the nature of the job the role will be a mixture of both off site and office-based working.
✓This organisation is open to applications from all levels and is offering a salary between £30,000 - £60,000 per annum [plus company benefits] depending on skills and experience
