✓As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team and ensuring the smooth functioning of their daily operations

✓Responsibilities:
✓*Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel logistics.
✓*Act as a gatekeeper, screening phone calls, emails, and visitors, and handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
✓*Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
✓*Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agenda preparation, and documentation.
✓*Conduct research and compile information on various topics to support decision-making processes.
✓*Maintain confidential information and ensure data integrity.
✓*Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure effective follow-up on action items.
✓*Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
✓Requirements:
✓*Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
✓*Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
✓*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
✓*Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
✓*Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite [Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook] and other relevant software.
✓*Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
✓*Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
✓*Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
✓*Professional demeanour and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
