✓Supporting a group of senior stakeholders within the business with PA and Secretarial duties
✓Booking travel across the globe and across different time zones
✓Manage meeting room bookings as required
✓Diary and inbox management the team
✓Assist and manage with new marketing for the team and overall, UK market
✓Social media support, and management across all social media platforms
✓Ensuring that all client contact is carried out in a professional and courteous way
✓Liaise with providers for outstanding statements, deal with queries
✓Dealing with confidential client data and informationIs this you?
✓Educated to degree level or equivalent*
✓Experience within an administrative role is ideal - experience or an interest within marketing is preferred
✓Someone who is keen to make a role their own, looking to get stuck into a varied role where no two days are the same!
✓Experience supporting and communicating with clients within the professional services sector
✓Strong IT skills, able to pick up programmes and systems quickly and efficiently
