Healthcare Administrator
Description✓We are recruiting for a Healthcare Administrator to join the team in Rochdale, on a short term temporary basis
✓You will be responsible to organise and deliver high quality care services, covering a wide-range of conditions and circumstances.
✓Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm [30 mins for lunch]
✓Rate of pay: £11.28 per hour
✓Working Conditions: Office Based
✓Temporary role with the possibility of being extended.
✓- Enhanced DBS is compulsory
✓Responsibilities of the Healthcare Administrator :
✓* Organise and coordinate care services, with the safety and welfare of service users in staff foremost in their consideration;
✓* Actively work to increase the volume and quality of care support services;
✓* Line manage care workers and other designated juniors;
✓* Maintain clear, accurate, appropriate and up-to-date records, whether electronic or in other formats;
✓* Have due regard for the health and safety of themselves and others;
✓* Practice and promote effective, timely communication both within and outside the company;
✓* Protect confidential information in line with the group’s information governance policy;
✓* Participate in staff development [including supervision], training and performance appraisals as required;
✓* Participate in any meetings as required;
✓* Provide management information as required;
✓If you have worked within healthcare and have a valid UK driving licence, we would love to hear from you.
