✓Job Description: We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Temporary Internal Sales Advisor for one of our clients based in Linwood.
✓As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by ensuring efficient coordination and administration of sales-related tasks.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all details are recorded correctly and coordinating with relevant departments to fulfil orders promptly.
✓Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers.
✓Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, shipping documents, and sales reports.
✓Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory team to ensure products are adequately stocked to meet customer demands.
✓Sales Team Assistance: Assist the sales team with any administrative tasks, such as preparing sales presentations, compiling data for sales analysis, and coordinating meetings with clients.
✓Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and assist in analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
✓Sales Support: Work closely with the sales representatives to provide any necessary support, update them on order statuses, and help resolve customer issues.
✓Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and any relevant information in the company's database.Requirements:
✓Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous.
✓Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
✓Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
✓Proficient in using MS Office Suite [Word, Excel, Outlook].
✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
✓Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
